  1. …This admittedly reminds me of that one image where a girl is in a pantry and she is holding a can of whipped cream and the caption is of her considering giving herself a whipped cream bikini.

    • I know the one you mentioned, I submitted it and was reminded of it by this pic too. Also, I think it’s a violation to cover up at all so, I’d be happy to eat the whipped cream! 😉

      • I bet you would!

But I’m not sure you’re right about the law. It’s already pretty well established that body paint is legal. This isn’t too different. I guess there might be a rule about thickness though. It obviously wouldn’t do to let her wear some kind of super thick “paint” that hides all the details of her body, so maybe whipped cream would fall afoul of that. On the other hand, if she were playing in mud, I’m sure no one would complain, so it’s hard to say.

        • For me it would be the fact that whipped cream either melts or slides off the body relatively quickly that might allow it to pass; it really doesn’t seem “attached” which you have said is a necessary part of being clothing. On the other hand, I could see a stricter jurisdiction considering it ‘clothing’ and applying the appropriate punishment.

When you mentioned thick paint, I immediately thought of “liquid latex”. While this is applied like paint, it becomes almost indistinguishable from actual latex clothing after a couple of coats, and it also peels off the the way actual latex clothing would tear off. On. top of this it can be made to span small gaps so it definitely can obscure the details. Therefore, I think even a thin coat of this would be banned where body paint is perfectly acceptable.

          • That’s a good point. Something like liquid latex would almost certainly be crossing the line. I kind of like the idea that the main consideration would be how easily it comes off. So a strict jurisdiction might only allow very temporary coatings like greasepaint.
